I have had the privilege to work with Jason Friedman on a variety of projects over the last 20 years at Stanford University and we have benefitted from his creativity, reliability, and effective management skills. Our first engagement with Jason was to create a production for a large university fundraising campaign. We traveled to 19 cities around the globe including cities within the United States, Europe and Asia. He created a professional and realistic replica of the university featuring academic programs, faculty, students and iconic buildings. He created a sense of pride that resonated with our audiences of 13,000 alumni and supporters as they experienced the unique and dramatic program, which helped us achieve not only a "friend raising program but a successful fundraising one as well. On another project, we hired Jason to create a multi-day program to celebrate the opening of a new hospital while engaging the community and featuring the outstanding staff. Whenever we are seeking a producer to create an unparalleled program, we seek out Jason. He is incredibly creative, easy to work with, understands our objectives and respects budgets. He is one of a kind! We continue to work with him on a variety of projects requiring his extraordinary creativity, reliability and effective management.

Based on CXFormula's unique event expertise and stellar references, they were the obvious choice in a competitive review I led for a Northern California client's opening of new facilities. The CX team is incredibly creative and they relentlessly pursue the best impact and experiences in the events they execute. This has been especially important since COVID-19 disrupted our "in-person" event plans just months before our big grand opening. Through fast, smart and strategic adjustments, CX has led us in creation of a virtual event series that will not only replace the originally planned events, but will provide us ways to reach more people with our message and will render incredible online content for future marketing. We’ve been working side-by-side with CXFormula on a Grand Opening project for our mutual client, MarinHealth. It’s an incredibly complex endeavor, made even more complicated by the COVID-19 pandemic and public health restrictions.
