Select Projects

Our programs have ranged from corporate events, tradeshows, meetings, exhibitions, conferences, symposiums, product launches, facility openings, masterminds, walking tours, intimate dinners, donor dinners and receptions, festivals, virtual events, training events, live-stream events, seminars and more!

Our events experience has ranged in size from a small, intimate, 4-person event, to hosting over 15,000. We’ve run single day and multi-day events, as well as event series that span multiple years.

Stanford Health Care: 2019

Most recently, we were brought in by Stanford Health Care to help develop the opening events for the new Stanford Hospital. Our involvement with the project began at the end of 2017.

Our scope was to help develop and create a series of events surrounding the opening of the hospital – upon completion of construction and prior to Patient Day 1.

The goal was to fully engage the community, the faculty and staff, physicians, nurses and provide a unique, once-in-a-lifetime experience to see the benefits of the new hospital firsthand, and to have behind-the-scenes access to areas of the facility that would never be accessible to the public again, once ‘red-line’ was established.

The challenge was to provide a comprehensive program, coordinate with the various audiences (nearly 30 different groups), and provide a bespoke, relevant experience, with appropriate messaging and touchpoints for each audience group.

Stanford Leading Matters: 2008-2012

Upon the successful completion of the Think Again campaign, Stanford again tapped us to assist with a much larger, global campaign for The Stanford Challenge, their fundraising campaign for the entire university.

We created a new outreach campaign called “Leading Matters”, a series of key-stakeholder events, (major donors, alumni, parents and friends), hosted in over 20 cities across the globe.

The “tour” featured a multi-day program in each city, with notable faculty presentations, student poster sessions and a small, intimate major donor reception and a formal, seated dinner for donors, key alums and local officials.

Our scope included concept development and design, event design, media creation and production, audio/video/lighting, event management and operations, scenic design and fabrication, centerpiece design and fabrication, procurement, operations, event staffing and all logistics.

This successful program raised over $6 Billion and had rave reviews from guests around the world.

Stanford Think Again: 2001 – 2002

Our relationship with Stanford begin in 1999, when we worked with them on their Campaign for Undergraduate Education (CUE) with a fundraising goal of $1 Billion. We created an outreach campaign called “Think Again”, which consisted of a series of key-stakeholder events, (donors, alumni, parents and friends), hosted in 12 strategic cities across the US.

The “tour” featured a day-long, engaging program in each city, with notable faculty presentations, student poster sessions and a formal, seated dinner for major donors, key alums and local officials.

Our scope included concept development and design, event design, media creation and production, audio/video/lighting, graphic design, event management and operations, scenic design and fabrication, centerpiece design and fabrication, procurement, operations, event staffing and all logistics.

The program exceeded expectations, raising over $1.6 Billion.
